Pathlore listed as a leader in 2002 LMS Magic Quadrant

Pathlore, claimed to be the most widely deployed Learning Management System provider in the marketplace, today announced it has been listed as a leader in the Gartner Inc. 2002 Learning Management System (LMS) Magic Quadrant report*. The report evaluates the performance of more than 17 LMS vendors based on their ability to execute and the completeness of their vision.

Pathlore e-Learning solutions currently are deployed and in use at 75 of the Fortune 100 companies and in more organisations than any other Learning Management System provider.

Pathlore was evaluated among LMS providers for both its ability to execute and the completeness of its vision. The ability to execute criteria include factors such as scalable product capabilities, strong customer base, ease of integration with other enterprise applications and skills management offerings.

The completeness of vision criteria measure factors such as web-based architecture, financial management capabilities and willingness to customise its hosting offerings to meet the needs of the customer.

“The 2002 Gartner LMS Magic Quadrant makes two key assertions that Pathlore agrees with strongly: The LMS is now a critical enterprise application, and leading LMSs are delivering strategic value through knowledge transfer at unprecedented new levels of effectiveness,” said Steve Thomas, Pathlore president and CEO.

“We are honoured to be listed by Gartner as a leader in this important market that ultimately is about creating a smarter, faster, more empowered enterprise of people.”
