Learning In Court
Bridge-Learning Ltd has supplied a range of courseware
along with ten laptop computers to the UK Court Service
for a pilot project to establish the effectiveness
of ‘e-learning’ in developing skills.
The
laptops, each loaded with the courseware, will be
sent around the country from May 13th to all levels
of staff in the Service to help test the concept.
Bridge-Learning is also supplying technical support
for the pilot project.
Bridge-Learning’s
managing director, Andy Stevenson, commented: “This
‘self-contained’ approach to delivering e-learning
programmes is highly convenient and efficient if –
like the Court Service – an organisation is currently
operating a restricted intranet for security reasons.
This approach removes e-learning material from the
intranet but still enables people to use e-learning
to learn as, when and where they are able.”
