Rolls-Out Global Implementation of WBT Systems' TopClass
Diageo, the premium drinks business with 25,000 employees
in over 180 international markets, has begun a global
roll-out of the TopClass e-Learning Suite™.
Diageo
boasts an collection of leading brands including Smirnoff,
Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Baileys, J&B, Captain Morgan,
Cuervo and Tanqueray.
TopClass
was chosen by Diageo because of its rapid content
development tools and Mobile capability for delivery
of content to staff while on the move. These features
decrease time to market by allowing training to be
created faster and delivered more efficiently, while
the Mobile capability ensures that Diageo's mobile
workforce can gain crucial product knowledge without
being taken out of the field.
Also
important to Diageo was the strength of the partnership
between WBT Systems and Atos KPMG Consulting, the
solution partner for the project. 'It was important
for us to choose an e-Learning solution that could
be implemented in weeks rather than months and quickly
provide e-Learning infrastructure for rapid development
and delivery of content. With the introduction of
